Sound does not work after 10.04 and alsa upgrade

After upgrade to Ubuntu 10.04 sound did not worked. I have reinstalled alsa and pulseaudio from package repository after complete removal ... still does not work.
I followed the advice of https://help.ubuntu.com/community/SoundTroubleshootingProcedure and here I am pasting the result of the script.
Effectively there are strange message in the dmesg outputs.
