Cannot find "Multimedia System Selector": (gstreamer-properties) into System→Preferences menu: Need to know how to go through these settings

I can not go through these settings-----
   "gstreamer-properties

Audio - ALSA
Video - output X Window System (no Xv)"
Please track me......

Please try to use terminal, open a terminal and type:

gstreamer-properties

Or to get the menu item System→Preferences→ Multimedia System Selector showed

you need to edit the menu using: System→Preferences→Main menu

navigate to the options System > Preferences and activate the "Multimedia System Selector"

then the item will show under the Gnome DE menu
