Update from version 41 to Gnome 46

Would it be possible to update the icon theme to the latest Gnome 46 icons?
Currently, it seems to be stuck at the Gnome 41 version.
After the update to Gnome 46, the folder icons in Nautilus will turn from the old-looking brown to a modern-looking blue.

GNOME 46 is due for release on March 20, 2024.
Ubuntu 24.04 LTS might include the new GNOME 46.
Gnome 41 is the latest current version.
So far adwaita-icon-theme (41.0-1ubuntu1) will be packaged in Noble.

Debian already has a package with adwaita-icon-theme version 45.0, so I assume that Ubuntu 24.04 will get that version.

If version 46 is due for publication only in March next year, see https://wiki.gnome.org/FortySix , then this will most probably be too late for Ubuntu 24.04 (noble).

There is already a bug report, requesting that the next Ubuntu releases will get newer version, see Bug #2045962
