How to make flash work on a 64 bit Ubuntu do i need to downgrade 64 bit to 32 bit?

I'm using 9.1, the 64 bit version in a dual-boot with Win XP. Is there a Flash Player plug-in for 64 bit? If not, how can I replace the 64 bit 9.1 with the 32 bit version?
