I am trying to get adobe flash player..since i have upgraded ubuntu it will not allow me to play my game pioneer trail on facebook

I cannot play my game on face book ( pioneer trail ) since i have upgraded ubuntu...I need some help...it wont let me run adobe flash player

lsb_release -a; uname -a; dpkg -l | egrep 'flash|gnash|swf|spark'

I have no clue to your experience with Ubuntu. If you know that you can not play the game, then you are able to get on the internet. What actionparsnip needs, information from terminal. Terminal is brought up by: CTRL+ALT+T
Copy and paste his output request, in terminal.

lsb_release -a; uname -a; dpkg -l | egrep 'flash|gnash|swf|spark'

Copy and paste every thing that comes up in terminal, in the message box below.
