Ok you have THREE flash plugins, this causes a conflict and you get nothing. Run:
sudo apt-get --purge remove flashplugin-
sudo apt-get --purge autoremove
sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get install flashplugin-
Close all browsers and rerun, is it ok?

I followed your directions but am getting the same result.
In anticipation I ran the previous command you gave me - lsb_release -a; uname -a; dpkg -l | egrep 'flash|

Close Firefox and rerun it, should be ok
