None, its in the repos. If you can give the output of:

lsb_release -a; uname -a; dpkg -l | egrep 'flash|gnash|swf|spark'

I can advise.

Enable Canonical partner repo and run in a terminal:
sudo apt-get install adobe-flashplugin

or search adobe flash in software-center or other preferred package manager.

fastest and easiest way to install it is to click on the thing on youtube that asks you to install it. you'll be taken to adobe's website for the flash player. select DEB as the file format and download using deb package installer. that's all you need to do.

Can you help with this problem?
