Ubuntu 64 bit how do I download the latest version of adobe flash player?

I cant play my games & watch you tube it says I have to download the latest version of adobe flash player I am new to Ubuntu & I can't seem how to figure this out by myself I need help.

Can you give the output of:

uname -a; lsb_release -a; dpkg -l | grep flash; dpkg -l | grep gnash; dpkg -l | grep swf

They had dropped production on 64bit and you had to use 32bit with a wrapper. Just the other day they released a new version for testing if you want to try that http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/flashplayer10.html

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:sevenmachines/flash; sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install flashplugin64-installer

Will give you 64bit flash
