How to add flash

Binary package hint: firefox

Can someone please tell me to add flash to my computer. My Ubuntu 9.0 Firefox won't allow flash to download.Can someone aid me with this error?

Probably the easiest way is to type: "sudo apt-get install flashplugin-installer" in the console.
