Is there a download manager for adept or any of the ubuntu package manager

Dear great developers, contributors and users,

Adept package manager makes life so simple!
Installing a package on Ubuntu is more easier than on any other system.

I am wondering if there is a download manager integrated for adept or any of the ubuntu package managers.
It will be very useful for unreliable and/or slow internet connections and power supply regions.

Can you please suggest me one.

there is an option to just inform about updates for downloading them later when internet connection is reliable again.
