pick linux, English or what ever language you want, and choose the .deb then once it downloads double click the file and it should open up in Ubuntu software center and prompt you to install. Once installed you can search for it from dash and run the app.

ubuntu has the ability to view pdf files already though, have you already attempted to open up your pdfs?

Thanks for your ans but I attempted to download 2 times then double click it's just appeared as normal files. It did not show in Ubuntu software center like others.

Just to confirm, when you download from the site you are using the drop down and selecting the .deb correct?
