Samsung nc10 brightness controls reversed after suspend

Ubuntu 12.04 on Samsung NC10

After a suspend, the backlight brightness keys and the System Settings --> Brightness and Lock control work in reverse.

On reboot they return to normal but reverse again after another suspend.

This has happened after a software update. Under what package do I file the bug?

I suggest you report a bug. You may need a wake up command to remap the keys
