battery Asus U35 laptop lasting less in ubuto then in win7

Hi,
i have installed a few month ubunto (now 11.04). I installed Jupiter for interface for power plan , but
still my battry is lasting much less in ubunto then in windows 7 (about helf in ubunto).
what can I do?

It's Ubuntu, not Ubunto (pronounced oo-boon-too)

Asus has worked directly with Microsoft so that their ACPI spec is used in Windows. Unfortunately the same love has not been given to Linux.
