installed ubuntu server 7.0.4 GRUB error 2 when booting?

I installed Ubuntu Server 7.0.4 on a Supermicro SuperWorkstation 7045A-T and when I boot, I receive an Error 2 message. Any ideas on how to fix this problem? I've tried reinstalling multiple times and I still get the same error, even when installing arklinux.
