After Downloding it into a CD from Windows

I downloaded the Ubuntu into a CD at home, but after it downloads i dont know how to make it run. It asks me with what i want to open it with but I dont know what to do. Please Help

Hello Diana,

i think your downloades a actual iso image right? If that correct than the only mistake is that you build a data cd which means you have an cd with only one file on it right?

Yea, so i know im doing something wrong. I downloaded something called IsoBuster, but that didn't help me at all, so i deleted that program

Hello Diana,

the file you need is ubuntu-7.04-desktop-i386.iso (for normal desktop
pcs) which can be found here:
http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/download
so please check your file
