Unable to Install Ubuntu. Dell E1505

When installing Ubuntu I get a VGA error after half way through the install. I have retried the install in safe vga mode and have had the same problem. My computer is a Dell laptop. Inspiron E1505

This is a known bug. You need to install Ubuntu with the alternate version (check the alternate box) : http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/download
