When i text N English,how can it B translated into Dutch?

PLEASE HELP, My x husband lives in the Neatherlands and speaks english but he cannot read English well at all. How can I text him and my english be translated into Dutch when he reads the text? I write to him from Facebook. I know that Yahoo will now translate but i very rarely write to him from Yahoo. PLEASE, Is there anyone that knows how to set something so my english will be sent in Dutch? Thank You in advance, <email address hidden> , Mona Bailey P.S.
