Problem with install of Fiesty 7.04 - can't select options

Asked by brett

Greetings,

I'm installing Fiesty 7.04 from downloaded CD and have a problem when trying to select LAMP install.
None of the keyboard buttons seems to give me the ability to mark my selection, and when I hit return,
nothing but the base system is installed (no LAMP, no ssh). Keyboard is bog standard US:Eng.

Which button selects the option? I've tried everything to no avail.

Just to clarify:

I hit the screen that asks me if I want LAMP or DNS, I move the cursor with the arrow keys to the selection that I want.
I figure I should use "*" but that doesn't work, I hit every key on the keyboard and a few mouse clicks to boot, but no joy.
hitting Alt-* sends me forward, as does hitting return. After a few tries I've hit ESC and gone back to select software installation again.
No selection has been made and the same result.

Have you tried the space bar to make your selection?
