Hello fellow Ubuntians, Ubuntus, Ubunti... (spell checker says all three are incorrect),
This might not be the right place to ask, but can a physical product be marketed under the GPL? Or, something similar for material goods? This seems like a reasonable alternative to a patent. There will be a workaround product from some foreign country in reasonably short order after a patent anyway. The original software/product can/could still be copyrighted, right? Any thoughts, comments, suggestions...
