Can I install Xen and make host os as DragonFlyBSD and guest as ubuntu?
Also, can I emulate other architecture in Xen?

Xen does not do architecture emulation. It is just a modified kernel, not an emulator.
You can install xen kernel on ubuntu, so you can use ubuntu as a host and/or a guest.
I don't know anything about dragonflyBSD.
