gpg selecting recipient key from command line

Asked by dierre

Hi,

I need to launch gpg from a script in order to encrypt a file. I'd like, instead of having to add the recipient's public key in the sender's keyring, store that key somewhere on the filesystem and have gpg use it from there.

Unfortunately I cannot find the correct option for doing so...

Thank you!

You need to put that key into a keyring but it doesn't have to be the default keyring.
You can specify (with --keyring) addtional keyrings gpg should.

Can you help with this problem?
