Hard Drive's are not getting mounted / Found

Asked by Rob Larson

Hello,
I am running into a little bit of a issue. This morning I started my system and I was able to see all of my drives. When I did a few updates I restarted the box and now all but 2 of my four drives came back online.
So the first thing that I look at was df:

rob@xeon:~$ df
Filesystem 1K-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on
/dev/sda1 93358792 3124504 85491904 4% /
udev 513204 248 512956 1% /dev
none 513204 220 512984 1% /dev/shm
none 513204 84 513120 1% /var/run
none 513204 0 513204 0% /var/lock
none 513204 0 513204 0% /lib/init/rw
/dev/sdb1 19750244 45028 18701960 1% /media/25f538f3-3c21-4a5f-a87e-5c38819078a7

Only two drives show up.

Next I went and looked at the following:

rob@xeon:~$ cat /proc/partitions && mount && sudo parted -l /dev/sda && sudo parted -l /dev/sdb

Next I looked at dmesg and think I found the problem. But I am not sure what I should do next.
