The letters ø and æ canges place.

I have a Danish Toshiba keyboard, but I am Norwegian and use Norwegian keyboard settings , This gives me one little problem the letters æ and ø changes place. Is it possible to fix it? I hade the same problem when I used xp, now I use 9.10.

You can change keyboard layout in System > Preferences > Keyboard. Here you can 'force' a certain keyboard layout, both in terms of language and layout of the actual keyboard. You may also add a shortcut to the upper panel to easily change the keyboard layout.
