CD files appear as unknown

My CD files show up as unknown in the Audio Disc. I am trying to copy these files into Rhythm Box or Amarok. I have a difficult time trying to load them into the Library; it takes hours, and I don't have the right pathway of steps figured out how to copy them from the Audio Disc with their names to a Library, and then to load them onto a playlist . Ultimately, I want to load them on my Sansa Clip.

Any ideas?

I've been working on this...Apparently I DIDN'T have Sound Juicer downloaded as a CD Ripper. I went to the Ubuntu Software Center >Sound & Video> Audio CD Extractor (Sound Juicer), and downloaded it. I have a few CDs ripped, but I'm still clumsy. Practice makes perfect. Thanks
