HP ProBook 4510s - will Ubuntu 9.10 work 100%?

Hi!
I have HP ProBook 4510s and have question if everything (I mean sound, microphone, camera, trackpad, ...) will work on Ubuntu 9.10
I had huge problems on previous version (9.4) and I couldnt fix any of them (sound, microphone, camera, ...)

Will everything be allright in 9.10 or should I stay on my preinstalled Vista Business?

Just Try out out a live cd, all my hardware troubles where solved with the move to 9.10 (except sound...).

Can you help with this problem?
