Ok the ID:

0c45:63f8 Microdia

is the chip.

This may work:

sudo modprobe sn9c102

Then launch cheese to see if it works.

The question clearly says webcam, not microphone. Please be more exact with your questions.

problem solved by installing:
PulseAudio Device Chooser
PulseAudio Volume Control

I don't know what wad the reason of the problem with microphone.

Anyway, thanks for your help!
