Can an animated windows cursor be converted into a Linux cursor file?

Asked by Matt Pharoah

I made a cursor set on Vista that was basically the default Areo cursor, but green instead of white. Now I want to bring the cursors over to Ubuntu, but it can't read Windows cursors, and the xcursorgen tool only lets me make static cursors, not animated cursors. I tried searching around, but I couldn't find anything to help me convert or create an animated cursor? Is this possible to do? (I image it must be somehow since the default cursor set uses an animated cursor for it's busy cursor)

Nevermind. I found a package called xcursorgen that lets you easily create animated cursors.
