i cant istaal ubuntu 7.04 version showing error what can i do

how can i intall this dapper i have only one cd where is this dapper is loacted pls rply

not much when i insert cd and restart the system boothing starts from cd after some kerdebugging are ocured after that ubundu boothing is shown on screen agter that this error is showing i cant go further installation wot i hv to do?
