Samsung NC10 notebook- downloading ubuntu to virtual box

Hey, I'm running a Samsung NC10 notebook with Windows XP with a hard drive, I have virtual box and want to download Ubuntu netbook remix? But I'm unsure as to go about downloading it to my netbook.

If you want to run UNR in VirtualBox, here are some instructions:

They are for Jaunty, but it will work for Karmic too.
