hsfmodem-base-dkms does not build with latest 8.04 kernel

I have upgraded to the latest kernel for ubuntu 8.04 on my Dell Inspiron 1525 laptop and the sound went away as usual.

NB fixed currently by the method that used to be described on the old dell support site.

I have the Dell Team PPA setup and I have the two hsfmodem packages installed together with the kernel headers for the latest kernel and on boot hsfmodem-base-dkms fails to build with an exit status of 7 at the --configure stage and then hsfmodem fails to install because of dependancy problems.

It looks as if the hsfmodem-base-dkms package needs updating to build with the latest ubuntu 8.04 kernel.
