BBC iPlayer still stops to reload buffer after upgrade to 9.10

After upgrading to Ubuntu 9.10 and Firefox 3.5, BBC iPlayer still keeps stopping to refresh the buffer, both in window and full screen mode when viewing live.. My laptop has 2.5Gb memory and 100Mb hard drive, with Intel Centrino Duo processor. iPlayer runs absolutely OK on Windows Vista on the same PC (dual boot). I would like to stick with Linux, but unless this problem can be solved I am unable to.

I don't know how to solve your specific problem with Adobe Flash, but I you could try using get_iplayer, an excellent program that can be downloaded at http://linuxcentre.net/getiplayer . It works from the Terminal (it has no graphic user interface) and is quick and effective.
