[repository] add new version dibbler 0.6.0-1

Currently version 0.4.x is available through the repositories. Can you please add 0.6.0-1? I tried to build the package myself, but failed. Available .deb packages from internet resources wouldn't be installed because of dependency issues.

0.6.0-1 is already packed for Gutsy. I doubt that it will be backported to Feisty, but if you want you can try to request it in https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+filebug
