How do I install ubuntu 9.10?

How do I upgrade, install, Ubuntu 9.10? I currently use 9.04, and installed that by a live CD. Thanks!

When trying to upgrade through Update Manager I get is error message: Could not download the release notes, please check connection.

did you try
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

make sure to disable all third party sources in your sources.list file

ok do this

sudo sed -i 's/jaunty/karmic/' /etc/apt/sources.list

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

do you have internet connection then upgrade directly through update manager.
I did same and it is working fine... and go thu help file in upgrading
