What Messenger in UBUNTU can access webcam and VOIP?

Can Anybody help me what is the best messenger that can use VOIP and webcam in ubuntu?

It depends... :-)

My favorite is Eikiga. It supports webcam and VoIP (SIP) and offers SIP messages. But it will get presence support (so you'll see if others are only) not before ubuntu gutsy. But it will be a *huge* improvement then. So I'd like to recommend starting with Ekiga on Feisty, since you'll love the Gutsy version :-)
