How do I sign the UbuntuCodeofConduct?

How do I sign the UbuntuCodeofConduct?

One drop-down box says I have one error. Another says required input missing. A third says '7,8 ''bad signature'' 'I also neglected to jot down my passphrases and need help to find out what they are and how to change them.

Basically I have forgotten my passphrases and need for someone to tell me how to retrieve them.

The computer signed a number of U*Code(s)ofConduct but they all had errors alluded to above in the preamble.

Maybe you should try to generate new key.Maybe someone know better but this is my guess.
