Hoi,

Het NL vertaalteam werkt zoveel mogelijk buiten rosetta om, omdat
rosetta geen controlemogelijkheden biedt. Het is dus handiger om het .po
bestand te downloaden, te vertalen en naar de ubuntu-nl mailinglijst te
sturen.

humm, maar dat heb ik toch gedaan? En toch zie ik geen veranderingen in het aantal vertaalde items. Was het niet van voldoende kwaliteit? En is het mogelijk een po-bestand met alleen niet vertaalde items te downloaden? En kan ik lid worden van het vertaalteam?

This is not a private message board, and it --really-- helps if you speak in English as well, for the good of everyone (I have the same problem, and can't read Dutch...

Pipe down, this is about the policy of the dutch team. It isn't a
launchpad problem.

humm, but i did do that though? And i don't see any changes in the number of translated items. Was the quality not good enough? And is it possible to download a po-file with untranslated items only? And can i join the translationteam?

And besides...
I still have no awnser to my questions...

Ik zie niets op de mailinglijst

Niet dat ik weet, maar een goede vertaaleditor haalt dat er wel uit.

Pas als is gebleken dat de kwaliteit van de vertalingen goed genoeg is.

I've send a file on april 26th and april 28th. I've send the same files (just to be sure) again this morning (5th of may). Wich editor do you use? Don't you think it would be a good feature to be able to download untranslated items? (Saves a lot of datatransport too)

Please let me know about the quality of the po-files i've send...

Vim (which does not properly filter)

Yes, you might want to file this as a feature request in rosettas
bugtracker.

what i ment with the editor question was: which editor is capable of filter the untranslated items. (sorry for not beiing clear about that)

I did not see them. That list is subscribers-only, are you subscribed?

Yes, i've been for a few days. But i got a load of emails then (more then 50 a day), so later i unsubscribed.

I did not know it was necesary to be subscribed to send a po file in.
When sendig the po-file i got this message:
Your mail to 'ubuntu-nl' with the subject

   Een tweetal po-bestanden

Is being held until the list moderator can review it for approval.
