kubuntu can't make reported

I had a problem in KpackageKit update and fixd with
  ----------------sudo apt-get install kpackagekit
now i can't use firefox or Konqueror or ubuntu-bug for make reported
the windows caption tit"problem in kdelibs-bin-apprt"
message"The problem cannot be reported: This is not a genuine Ubuntu package"
