When i am in Win XP the floppy load diskette at the time, but in ubuntu the mounting with the same FDD and same diskette is for 30-40 seconds.

I know this doesn't truly fix the problem, but consider not using floppies? USB flash drives are much larger in capacity, more versatile, hundreds of times faster transfers, and they can also be booted from like floppies.
