Can questions be asked directly to a launchpad team?

I'd like to see if there's any easy way in Launchpad for a question to be asked to a specific team.

For instance, when I go to the Ubuntu-Vancouver Launchpad answers page, https://answers.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-vancouver it claims that there's no questions asked, but if you search for "Vancouver" across all the questions, then it's clear that people are using this word as a tag for questions related to our LoCo members. Can our LoCo easily subscribe to these questions?

Dear Eric,

LaunchPad is a site where people can drop their question; during the days several volunteers are looking to the new posted questions and choose some to answer them.
LaunchPad is not a factory or office where people are sitting and wait for contact.

There are a few manners to enlarge the chance to have a quick answer:
* make your head-line (description) short but sufficient clear
* desribe the problem short, and give enough info to us
* stay friendly (just as you did) to these volunteers

If you find and see a problem that is similar to yours,
you can <Suscribe> to that question:
everything which is entered as answer of explanation to this question is also posted to you.

marcobra (Marco Braida): I happen to be one of the admins of Ubuntu Vancouver LoCo's Launchpad page. I'm not interested in asking a question myself, I'm interested in growing the community support in Vancouver by using the Launchpad questions feature.

I'd like to set it so that users can ask a question that includes the keyword Vancouver and our Launchpad LoCo team will get a notification of that question.

That page really doesn't answer my question, and one of the first things it says is to ask a question (like this).
