why a human login theme

Asked by manzur on 2009-10-09

It is one thousand times better the way it was by default, we do not need a human theme for login which actually is not working because it is reverted to gnome default when you select high contrast colour from accessibility button

I'm not even sure that you can change the login theme any more - instead of having that feature filled Login prefs window under System > Admin, we now just have a little box telling who should log in automatically.

Correct me if I'm wrong (that you can still change the login theme).

when I enhance contrast in colours under "universal access preferences" at login screen (gdm) it change its theme forever, I never see brown theme with shining buttons again, it is working really bad... xubuntu login screen looks better, please contact xubuntu designers for login or something, i am not telling that ubuntu designer is bad but about gdm the one in xubuntu is better for real
