reloj de BIOS cambia al instalar (BIOS clock change later installation)

Soy nuevo usando ubuntu y me encuentro con el siguiente detalle:
Después de instalar ubuntu 9.04, haga lo que haga para acomodar el reloj del bios, siempre queda adelantado 5 horas, por lo que al iniciar otro sistema como windows, también el reloj se modifica. ¿Hay alguna solución? ¿se corregirá en ubuntu 9.10? ¿qué no estoy haciendo?
