how to order a CD 9.04 X64 ? I cant see this option in request cd dialog, thank you.

Using Shipit assumes that you have to login using the credentials of your launchpad account? Do you have a launchpad account?

On the left side on http://www.ubuntu.com you have the option "Get Ubuntu --> Request free CDs (shipit)"

Yes but this is only for 32bit OS, I don`t see button for AMD64 Jaunty ?

Not sure what they'd deliver, just went into my status request page and there is no option anymore for architecture. Hence the only option is 'download', since one wouldn't know which one would arrive.
