want to replace Ubuntu with win xp

I have just installed ubuntu and is by so happy with the look, however I have a number of main programs that can only run on Windows XP and I must replace ubuntu to win xp. Now when I insert the Windows disk Ubuntu will not accept the setup.exe. How to remove ubuntu.

You should try WINE it can use .exe files, and more then likely you can run those main programs on WINE also

it look to be to complicated and i still want to replace ubuntu with winxp

To install Windows XP back you more than likely will need WINE anyways because other wise Ubuntu wont run .exe filesnwhich is the format for the installation discs. Good luck.

Reboot with the Windows CD in the drive. You don't need to run setup.exe from within Ubuntu.

I have pre loaded windows vista home edition, I install Ubuntu on it but I could find how to remove it from laptop, then I have formatted the disk, but my laptop could not start giving message
