is this gdm theme going to be in the final relase?

PLEASE!!!!!! Tell me, it won't... many people around the the internet is telling the same but it is the ugliest thing I have ever seen..
The way it is now is perfect.

I don't think it looks that bad at all (though it's not as good as the default GDM theme for jaunty ('human'). There's no pain in having an extra GDM theme, even if you don't like it. Obviously it won't be the default (I think human or some other Ubuntu-flavoured theme might be), so if you don't like it, don't choose it.

By the way, you can remove any GDM theme as long as you change the current setting away from that theme you want to delete first.

but it is horrible to have themes we are not using, like high contrast theme and a lot of ugly GDM, the one set now is perfect, simple and perfect.... it works

I know bro... the fact is that I want ubuntu to be a masterpiece... and 9.10 is my favorite version at the moment so I want to keep it perfect

ok, it's ok but it is not about add things just because we have to, it is about to add things that really work...
for example i am in love with the new icon theme and the new window theme, the new GDM just works and it looks great...
