if i play video song in my kubuntu9.04 it restarts give me a solution

hi iam using kubuntu9.04 desktop edition every thing is working fun but when i play a video song in my kde desktop the system automatically restarts. please note for a solution soon .

Please give me information about what formats of the media file you are trying to play (audio/video compression format), the hardware specifications of your computer (CPU model, RAM, graphics card), and the media player software you are using to attempt to play it. Without this information, I can not help you.

i play media file like .vob, .avi video format songs. my computer specification is DELL INSPIRON 1525 3GB RAM 128 MB GRAPHIC CARD. I played in vlc media player and dragon player and even when i switch on my web camera also it restarts kindly give a solution. thanks for your reply Delan Azabani.
