A good backup tool

I need a simple but good backup tool for my 9.04.

>it must be simple
>Restoration should be easy.
>i should be able to make a cd/Dvd of it.(ie, it should be capable of creating a backup cd.

Any sugessions are appreciated

sudo apt-get install sbackup

It doesn't get any easier.
