What's your connection speed?
How fast is it downloading?
How big is the file you're downloading?
Has your internet speed been shaped by your ISP?
Are there other computers using your internet connection?

698MB
4.03Kb/sec
Cannot answer about ISP
Connection speed is fastest in the dallas area (Verizon Fios says so anyways)
Not using it but connected

It doesn't look like your ISP does shaping. The server you're downloading from might be under heavy load, in which case there's nothing you can do about it. It might go faster if you wait until a different time of day.

Possibly. It depends if the server's load eases up.
