In order to get Ubuntu free cd's you have to request them but not here :) this is a support forum, site. You have to request cd's from ubuntu's shipit service https://shipit.ubuntu.com

If you have already lanunchpad account then login and request a pack of cd's.

You will get your cd's from 4-6 weeks depending on your location.
