Dual boot installation (Wubi installation) - change partition?

I have a dual-boot XP / Ubuntu 9.04 PC. Ubuntu was installed by Wubi on a Windows partition (works OK) but i would like to move it to a another dedicated partition, mainly to gain more space.
Is this possible ? or is there a way to change the size of the original "disc" created by the Wubi installer ?
The present "disc" (= \ubuntu\discs\root.disc) is 7 GB and I have a 20 GB empty partition on the same hard drive.

It's possible with LVPM. Read next HOWTO:
