Unknown Program running

Hi,

My computer is running slow sometimes. And internet too. So I use the command top to see what is running.

All what is running is known and ok, but there is one program what I don´t know.

It´s called Wish8.5

What is that? I remember something from the Windows world and there it was some spam or call program.
